Red and Blue and Gold and Silver had the best way to deal with legendaires

Make them side quests and keep the numbers small.

Legendary did get out of control. I think like 10% of all Pokemon are legendary, talk about saturation!

That's how you do a remake, keep everything else with improve graphics then add some features. I'm looking at you, square, with how you'll no doubt butcher FF7, you bastards

Pretty tough. I learnt it for two years and got a decent grasp of writing characters and some phrases but reading it was so tough, because you can't "sound it out" and figure out what the word might be.

They added quite a bit to Heart Gold and still made it so freaking awesome, that being said how the put Kanto in the original gold and silver was quite impressive programming.

Also on remakes the crash bandicoot ones are looking pretty slick but they ruined one of the best songs from crash 2 (but it will probably grow on me as time goes on)

I swear the series got way more hand holdy and easy as it goes on

I'm gonna do Firered, I have great nostalgia walking around Kanto with my Charmander. The worst thing about the game is that you can't have Squirtle, too

I've heard mixed things about X and Y, some people think it's great some not. Not that I can play it coz it doesn't work on emulator yet

Agreed on the pokemon, some look great but most are just meh.

X and Y were just very short i found, but a lot of pokemon to catch so it made making parties a lot more fun
