Fire is always the best starter as you can get Garaydos to be the water main and grass is pretty useless.

Fire types are pretty rare.

Rare but only dominant v grass and ice. Grass is easy with flying. Ice with fighting. Fire is redundant

I'm gonna do Firered, I have great nostalgia walking around Kanto with my Charmander. The worst thing about the game is that you can't have Squirtle, too

You'll care when it lets you fly manually above Hoenn and encounter Pokemon and other things.

I remember getting Charizard shiny on my birthday when I was 11 in one of the card packs. That was pretty neat.

I always liked Sandslash. Alakazam was sick as well.

Sarah being in prison or something and Michael has to break her out. It seems stupid and unnecessary if that is the case.

Loved ep 23, thought it was great. Tied everything up nicely.

Other way around. Harder to beat the earlier gyms with incompatible types. Always went squirtle or bulbasaur as the first two gyms are rock and water. Stop by the forest and grab a pikachu and you were then set for a few gyms.

Usually never relied on a fire move set. Could get by until I got Moltres later in the game.

Well exactly, Charmander was the hard setting of the original games, Bulbasaur Easy, and Squirtle medium. Charmander was the toughest to play with so the obvious choice.

Chikorita. As much as I find grass meh in general, I almost always went the Grass starter post-Gen I. Chikorita and Treecko were great.

I tried to watch Millionaire Hot Seat last night. Yeah, I won't be watching that ever again. The contestant stories are bloody embarrassing and Eddie's baiting of said contestants to make them as embarrassing as possible doesn't help.

I'd say he should stick to AFL football, but I won't.
