Wasn't this done a few years ago already? What operations do they currently have here?

They stopped building cars in 2016 here. Still continued to sell imported cars with the Holden badge.

Now going out of the car business altogether- no more dealerships no more new car sales.

Aren't they just rebranded Vauxhall's anyway?

WealstoneRaider Whats your opinion on the sun newspaper?
I don’t buy newspapers anymore, probably like the majority of people. I don’t use their website either but as I used to buy it regularly I can give an opinion. It’s a decent enough newspaper for what it is. On Sport it’s particularly good, and if you are looking for a centrist take on the world then you’ll probably be comfortable with it. However, the paper is nowhere near as influential a voice as it once was in Britain. Obviously it has a bad rep in some quarters but it’s mainly lefties who attack it. I do understand the people of Liverpool and supporters of the club having a major issue with it though. In all honesty the Sun acted appallingly in regards to Hillsborough. That was down to a particular editor who was in truth a major campaigner

What decade do people reckon was the best for music in general?

70s has the most timeless classics. Thats it for me.
70’s for rock definitely. The “pop” music was pretty shit in that decade though. 60’s had great pop music if you want to term it that, as did the first half of the 80’s. 90’s wasn’t bad for rock, probably the last hurrah for that genre but I rarely listen to anything from that decade these days

Alternative was good in the 90s.

I term alternative as rock. I’m not a big fan of grunge and reckon the alternative music from the 80’s was actually better (Pixies, Smiths, the Cure). I mean what stuff do you still play or think holds up from the 90’s?

Green day, Offspring etc

What would you classify Rage against the machine as? They started out late 80s early 90s and are one of my fav bands of all time.
Don’t like them. I never liked all that stuff. Don’t rate that American punk music from the 90’s either. Stick with the Clash if you want some authentic punk.

This is one of the best songs of all time for me. It never gets old no matter how many times I hear it.

Another one of my favourite tunes of all time. How good is this, so atmospheric. Is this one known in Australia?
