It's about training your body though. My body now doesn't get very hungry for breakfast because I only eat between 1230 and 830 most days.
Agree, sometimes just a coffee or an UP and GO works fine for me

Back when I played sport I hated eating before a game, if I really needed something I'd have some lollies (snakes etc) or a muesli bar. Even a slice of bread with butter worked (carbos there), used to eat that before gym regularly then I'd smash out half hour on the bike then do 45mins-1hr weights

Would always be hydrated though, used to do similar when I was umpiring footy too (taking the year off that though)

Great episode of GoT but not sure why everyone seems to think it was that much better than last week? I agree it was really good, but none of it was surprising. Last week there was some stuff that no one saw coming. Favourite part of the episode was

Jamie and the High Sparrow. Really thought he was going to kill him.
Yeah I hate that Faith of the seven just as much as the Lannisters, well Jamie is ok, Tywin, Joffrey and Cercei are massive c**** though

Love Tyrion but, great character

When Jon Snow was revived I was like YAYYYYYYYYYYYY

Lol at Roose Bolton, could always see that coming

At first I actually thought he stabbed Ramsay not the other way around lol.

Was going to post but forgot! Such a fantastic song and film clip! Completely different to what they've done. These guys are just masters at everything they do.

Stay in the shadows
Shoot the gallows
This is a roundup
This is a low flying panic attack
Sing the song on the jukebox
Burn the witch x2
We know where you live
Red crosses on wood
If you float you burn
Loose talk around tables
Abandon all reason
Avoid all eye contact
Do not react
Shoot the messengers
This is a low flying panic attack
Sing the song of sixpence
Burn the witch x2
We know where you live

Ive never been able to get into Radiohead. I love three of their songs. Creep, High and Dry and Fake Plastic Trees. But outside of those no other tracks of their have ever really stuck with me.
They are a bit too whiney arent they. I'll stick with Pink Floyd

OK Computer is a good album, as is the Bends. But after that they disappeared up their own bottoms and became typical whiney indie kids noodling with electronics.

When are real rock stars gonna make a return, that's what I want to know.

You checked out The Vaccines?

The same, though I don't like Creep at all.

No why are they good?

Did like the Artic Monkeys last album - that's probably the last one I downloaded in its entirety. I don't think I've heard a decent new tune for over a year now. Soulless times we are in living in

Vaccines are more the classic rock vibe, though maybe a bit more gritty, that you might be after.
