Week 2 begins as it always does in the east (home of d stern)

The Doug Christie memorial whipped trophy sees what is colloquially known as
the battle of the whores - Whorelando and Whoreonto.

This season the Raps had solidified their UN roster by adding former magician Hedo "The Turk" Turkoglu. This marks the first time the ugly one will play his former side. Some pundits say he left the kingdom due to money, others because he was the scapegoat for their finals loss to the lakers.

The DC trophy will go to florida in what has been a good week for revenge magicwise.

Nawlins at Boston. Its once again the CP3 show. But Boston will be too strong. Posey is perhaps wondering why he left.

The Roy-land TBs will account for the unbeaten OCT. Durant vs Roy. Appetising.

The Bulls and Miami? I think the Heat should get up.

Memphis at Denver have litte hope. Will Iverson play? Looking forward to some randolph permieter magic.

Can the Lakers bounce back from their NBA historic embarrassment against the Mavs? They host ATLs finest who havent won at Staples since 2006. It's a danger game for the lakers against the surging road hawks. But the Tyronne Lue Cup should end up in Kobes hand

I wasn't allowed to play basketball for school last year because I got in one minor altercation. i was going to xc practice and the varsity water polo jerks saw me and yelled "NICE BIRTHMARK, SPOTTIE BOY" i got so mad so i pulled out my swiss army knife and threw it but missed

10 mins ltr there were people saying "why did you carry a knife at school" which is my 2nd amendment right so i pleaded the fifth

sorry mate i agree, another long year for nets fans. dunno if it helps but i remember sitting on the net one late night reading the news on nba.com when a link appeared declaring that the nets had changed their logo. it took ages to load up (cause i was on dial up) but the wait was worth it

I don't like to whinge about the quality of free streams because, well, they're free, but seriously why is it that every time you get a laggy stream it shows everything perfectly up until the moment that a player takes a shot or drives to the hoop, then works perfectly again when the players are just jogging back up court or walking into a time out. It just seems like they are built to annoy.

i get something similar. ball gets piffed around the perimeter then the shot goes up....lag....ball is now in the hands of the other team. how? have to look at the score to confirm.

anyway, no biggies.

however, i do get annoyed when you're watching two hot birds entering the throws of passion only to be interrupted by lag.

Yeah, I sorta thought along the same lines, but there is still the same amount of shit going on really, so it shouldn't be any difference in bandwidth.. I don't think.

It usually happens when a camera angle is changed or like 5 people suddenly converge on one spot, so a lot of pixels need to change, from my basic understanding taht is a lot more intensive (it certainly is for compression) than just gradual change.
