I'm just glad that you'll get a pick in the teens from us rather than the lottery pick that it very well could have been had things gone sour over the next few years.

We will get Portland's pick this year but it will be in the 20s unless they collapse and somehow miss the playoffs.

We can't tank successfully enough to save our own pick, but tanking well enough to save the future Hornets' pick (while handing a plum juicy top 8 pick over to Philly) could be right up our alley.
