Not really the reason. Was in a PM with both of them and this was not what made them quit.

Okay, fair enough. I shouldn’t comment since I don’t know the real reason and just assumed.

I could've sworn I saw WR say it before quitting but I must be mistaken.

I got PMs too and you're not far from thd mark.

They are always welcome back but im not sure that'd be for the best of the board.

For whatever reason, WR couldn’t handle having his opinions challenged (he seemed to conflate this with being oppressed and having his freedom of speech taken away?).

Odd character. I’d say hopefully he uses the time away from the forum to think about how he interacts with people, but I don’t think it would ever occur to him that he was in any way responsible for the arguments he was involved in while he was here.

Bojan’s a loss. Brought a different perspective, and few if any had a problem with him, unlike WR he was able to argue his points coherently and respectfully.

May have said that publicly, the reason privately was far more simplistic, and was discussed at the time.
Not that it matters, the board has continued to be a beacon imo of how the site should operate. Barely any issues, and no overzealous moderation whereby people are banned for nothing.

He may be an avo smashing country chav bastard but much rather this place with chef and co to the hall monitors who've banned me for nothing this year.
D/H's.

Lol. It's so hard to watch.

I doubt you watched the video, because all the video showed were the goals and some post match interviews. Not sure what you found hard to watch about that.

Your posts are so hard to read.

Ridiculous when people talk down about women’s sport. The fact of the matter is that the majority of the women playing in the FA WSL would school any Sunday league footballer that posts on Bigfooty.

Because it’s women or because it’s United....?
I hope he's talking about hating United + not being a fan of the standard (like A-League for example), rather than it being based on the gender of the people playing.

No matter who you support or the gender of the footballers on show, you can appreciate quality. And that video had a few absolutely world class goals. As good as any we would see on any given weekend in the Premier League.

When I said earlier that FA WSL footballers would school Sunday league footballers, what I meant was the FA WSL is a professional league and it shows in the video I posted.

Lets be honest you don't know what to expect from him.

The WNBA is amazing and come a helluva way since it first started.

And every year I find the ongoing standard of AFLW to be improving too.

Unfortunately time constraints means I do not get to watch women's football as much I would like

And of course I am so proud of my Melbourne City girls, who have set the benchmark for excellence and high performance in the W League.

Beats me why in this day and age some lads still have a problem with women's sport, you do not have to watch it, but there is no need to demean and insult all the fine athletes and footballers who work and train as hard as the men, for the most part.

It's not the 1950s with Ted Bulpitt anymore.

I have no issues with pro women’s sport if there’s a market for?it.

But surely it’s ok not to like women’s sport in the same way some may not like below elite men’s soccer leagues or other sports without being labeled sexist? For example others dismiss A League, VFL, BBL.

Surely P35 takes the cake, he'd even troll his fellow united members with his jargon.
He was a kook rather than a troll.

Womens football will get a lot better when the USA's stranglehold over it goes away and European/SA/Asian nations get an equal footing.

Japan-USA in the WC Final 10 odd years back was the first womens game I watched and already knowing how good the USWNT compared to everyone else, it was huge to watch Japan knock them over.
