Seriously the best goal I have ever seen a goalkeeper score. It didn’t bounce over the keepers head like other ones I have seen or a header from a corner. That was a ****ing rocket that the keeper actually had little chance of saving.

Keepers playing out the back a lot better than hoofing it up the ground and losing the ball.

Apparently Everton are third worst at GK progression – how far from their own goal the team progresses when starting from a goal kick. Bradesmaen blames the Everton defence but we see the same hoofing and losing the ball when Pickford plays for England.

And Newcastle are fifth despite pope being one of the worst in the league with ball at feet if not the worst... So it's not all about the keeper. You barely watch an Everton game and just bang on about Pickford with no clue like usual

Yep Pickford is basically a midget dinosaur arm version of De Gea.

those stats really just point to everton being a poor side. they dont have much possession, dont get it into their attacking half, arent threatening, give up a lot of threats, defend deep and make a lot of passes from deep. of course they're not going to move the ball far, they're a poor passing side playing from deep.

it's not really anything to do with pickford if he's instructed to hoof the ball forward and everton dont have the players to win the contests up field. conversely if everton dont have the confidence to play out from the back that's not really on him either. he did have better passing percentages than ramsdale last season though.

We've had Maupay, Gray and Gordon up front for most of the season as DCL has been crocked.

Good, it was ridiculous he only got a fine.

The only thing that you can say Ronaldo shouldn’t have said was the ETH stuff.

But as for what Ronaldo said in the above clip, 100% spot on. It’s going to be an interesting interview watching it in it’s entirely and not just 2 minute clips at a time.

I tend to agree fwiw, although is it the right thing to say it publicly.

The ETH stuff is the most relevant, and it's hard to see him continuing at the club after the world cup.

Ronaldo is all but gone. This is him scorching the club on his way out the door.

Ronaldo & ETH clearly don’t like each other, no respect as Ronaldo has said, I don’t like what he’s said about Erik but somethings happened.

Everything else I’ve seen him say is 100% bang on, the club has been an absolute shambles for years since SAF left, no progress at all, the glazers are a disgrace to the club. Ronaldo is a huge winner, that’s all he wants, he’s come back and just seen the place fallen apart, nothing changed since 2009, stadium needing an overhaul, as well as the training ground. I do like he’s speaking out for us United fans in hope for change at the club, because it’s a circus and has been for years.

He should have been sold or just released at the start of the season, and I think ETH was happy for that to happen, but I gather the Glazers wouldnt let it happen. Well, he is about to blow the place up on the way out and that is on them.
