Yeah, I read that it was animated by the same studio who create Death Note.I think it was the actual Death Note animators who did it?
Certainly more stat nonces have come out of their parents basement in the last decade.
Keepers playing out the back a lot better than hoofing it up the ground and losing the ball.
And Newcastle are fifth despite pope being one of the worst in the league with ball at feet if not the worst... So it's not all about the keeper. You barely watch an Everton game and just bang on about Pickford with no clue like usualApparently Everton are third worst at GK progression – how far from their own goal the team progresses when starting from a goal kick. Bradesmaen blames the Everton defence but we see the same hoofing and losing the ball when Pickford plays for England.

Yep Pickford is basically a midget dinosaur arm version of De Gea.Apparently Everton are third worst at GK progression – how far from their own goal the team progresses when starting from a goal kick. those stats really just point to everton being a poor side. they dont have much possession, dont get it into their attacking half, arent threatening, give up a lot of threats, defend deep and make a lot of passes from deep. of course they're not going to move the ball far, they're a poor passing side playing from deep.Apparently Everton are third worst at GK progression – how far from their own goal the team progresses when starting from a goal kick. We've had Maupay, Gray and Gordon up front for most of the season as DCL has been crocked.those stats really just point to everton being a poor side. they dont have much possession, dont get it into their attacking half, arent threatening, give up a lot of threats, defend deep and make a lot of passes from deep. of course they're not going to move the ball far, they're a poor passing side playing from deep.
it's not really anything to do with pickford if he's instructed to hoof the ball forward and everton dont have the players to win the contests up field. conversely if everton dont have the confidence to play out from the back that's not really on him either. he did have better passing percentages than ramsdale last season though.
