Revenue was always going to be up. Part of the 19/20 TV money was in the 20/21 accounts due to the delayed 19/20 season.

Would imagine (without looking) wages have been on a downward trend for a while now. No Yaya, no Aguero, no Kompany, no Silva. Probably only KDB jumping up to that level.

Haaland didn't play for us in 20/21, so your made it figures don't have that much relevance.
 
I actually think that City figure would make sense.

Liverpool's would have been similar at a guess, with most of their stars getting upgraded contracts.

And Chelsea owns half of the global football players so I've got no doubt that'll sky rocket.
