For some reason my 8 yo son who plays U9 Kangaroos told his coach tonight at training that he wants to be like Pepe (he's a defender).
Have no idea how this happened, certainly hasn't come from me!

So the important bit of silverware / meaningless friendly (delete applicable at around 5pm) on today.
We're well underdone for this with our England players (Walker, Stones, Foden) and Rodri not back in training yet and the most of our best XI only back for a week.
Kaldini Phillips might get a start in defence, and we should see plenty of our academy out there. Looking forward to it / don't care about it (delete applicable at around 5pm).

Paid $30 for this season's shirt with Odegaard on the back and PL badge. Wouldn't know it's not real and the same thing from the Arsenal website would have cost me $200. And you wouldn't even know the difference.

On the Arsenal website - 'Authentic' Home Shirt $220.00. Adidas Home Shirt $160. But they all do it.
Those prices are extortionate and how much of it actually goes to your club? Your $30 shirt is probably as good quality as the $160 one and cost about the same $10 to $15 to manufacture. The clubs are also changing their strips more often so fans feel pressured to buy the new shirts. If you have a couple of kids you are looking at $500 every other season to wear the latest shirts.
