Meh. Finishing first in the league and having it mean pretty much **** all isnt football for me.
Are you having a laugh?England are so drab to watch. Get our players off at HT please woy you useless old sod
Too easy indeed2-0. Too easy. Cahill caught out of position.

Oh yeah no doubt - very lethargic tonight they were. You just know come the euros Germany will find another gear.
No hummels or Boetang as well.
Watched the first 50-60 and it was very poor. What changed? It didn't look like England would score. Subs for both sides make that much of a differenceAre you having a laugh?
How was that performance drab. You must be on drugs. Our Spurs players were magnificent
Our 2nd half was better than the 1st especially after Vardy and Berkley came on. Still thought we were good in the first hour - showing promise and growing into the game - but each to their own it's probably some kind of anti-English bias that affects your judgement.Watched the first 50-60 and it was very poor. Nah it's not at all. I always wish England do better than they do mainly because of the constant spurs presence. But for too long they've been a shambles. 2002 onwards they've just not hit the heights they should have. Could only imagine what some of the England squads would have been capable of if they'd had good bold attacking managers rather than Mclaren Capello and RoyOur 2nd half was better than the 1st especially after Vardy and Berkley came on. Anyway COYS! So pumped!
Meh. Finishing first in the league and having it mean pretty much **** all isnt football for me. Just my opinion. But that's just one of the many issues I have with the A-League and why I have no interest in it.
Vardy is what changed. That finish and then should have had an assist as well.Watched the first 50-60 and it was very poor. What changed? It didn't look like England would score. Subs for both sides make that much of a difference
Episode 10 of the Hooligan Report (22:10 to be precise):

Vardy the game changer. An excellent and exciting partnership with Kane in a 4-4-2. Tottenham and Leicester showing why they are on top. It looks extremely promising.
And then cue the actual Euro games, with Rooney and Wilshire playing in the first Euro game.
It's only a friendly, but to be honest, that last half sums up exactly what England could potentially have and it can be excellent. More of that would be nice.

You actually couldn't be more wrong. Very few, if any, A-League teams play that style. Most of them play it on the deck and at a very high tempo. That description of the A-League might have been accurate in it's fledgling years but it's not now. This season apparently has highest goals per game ratio in the league's history with an average of about 3 per game. It's an exciting league with the top 5 or 6 being of a fairly high and similar quality, 2 points separate the top 4 teams with 3 games to go.
I honestly can't stand that Euro snob attitude that is prevalent in the Australian football community. Sure it might not be that standard of the Premier League, but it's our own league and one of which we can be proud. The cultural cringe in relation to football in this country is incredibly frustrating.
