It makes zero sense

Big clubs are going to just offer it to whoever they want.
It only requires them being granted an interview IIRC. I have NFI whether it is an issue in England. moomba you watch a fair bit of youf football. Do you think it's an issue at that level?

IIRC, both Southampton and Boro have coloured U21 managers. Is coloured the PC term? I can't remember.

People of colour is the offical PC uni crap**** term, but it makes zero sense as lets say pep wants to get a barca person in at city, why should city interview someone who wont get the the job to satisfy a criteria?

anything that improves participation levels in the area can only be a good thing.

i think the bigger problem youth football has is giving jobs to ex footballers purely cos they played football. doesnt mean they know **** all about training and stuff, especially at that level.

he was never accused as being the actual assaulter. he has finally come out for a presser and completely denied it. if the police have said there's no proof and the investigation is completed then that's pretty finite.

bloody strange for a court case to be leaked out featuring a very prominent player on the eve of their first game. something dodgy about it.

It's not something I've noticed, but then again not something I really look out for. We obviously had Vieira, I think everyone from U16 and up is white at the moment.

Personally I think that anyone that wouldn't hire a black manager because of the colour of his skin won't be convinced after an interview. Clubs often have a person in mind for a job, so it could be a lot of wasted interviews for up and coming black managers.

If the latter, maybe that's the sort of thing the authorities should be looking at changing.

It is also about getting your name out there if you have a good interview. Thats what happened in the NFL at least.
