Ok guys we got outta goal against the Kangas !How do you guys think that we will fare against the weagles,who also got out of gaol aginst the Swans.Your teams,matchups,and ins and out's for this week would be greatly appreciated.I hate travelling to subiaco.Will be difficult to beat them there.But it's not impossible,we actually match up pretty well against them.Whithout,cousins,judd was limping after swans clash,cox,embley,fletcher,hanson under injury clouds,can the Pies knock them off at the home ground this week?

If we create space to kick into and kick long instead of mucking around short and Pebs kicks at least 5 goals then we win, no dought about it 100%.

I think we have every chance to pull off an upset, provided we back ourselves, kick long and use the corridor instead of the boundary. If we do that and have a few targets to kick to in the forwardline then we have every chance of takening it right up to them or even beating them. While I am not saying we will win, i think we have good chance especially as all the expectation will be on the eagles to win, which puts the pressure on them rather then us to perform.

We always perform well against the Eagles, and with the confidence that the comeback win over the Roos has provided i think it will be a close one. We were out of sorts for 3 and a half quarters, but then started playing like the side that dominated the first part of the season in 2006. We will give them a run and you never know we might even win. Look at Port and Essendon over the weekend. Stranger things have happened in footy.... Carn the Mighty Pies.

The only one I can recall is the one point win on a wet track back in 1992 (when Troy Lehmann kicked a point with seconds to go). Surely there is a more recent one than that.

Hmm, I don’t know. If there is a time to get ‘em this is it. They were up for round 1 and Sydney are slow starters. We will have to stop Judd, Kerr and Cox. No idea how we can stop Cox but we can tag 2 mids. Rocca would have to fire.

If you put money on Collingwood, you're a brave (or deluded) man. My gut feeling is we will get 'blown out of the water' early and struggle to get back into the contest. I would be very happy to be proved wrong though!

Surprisingly you're right, the last time Collingwood beat West Coast in WA was round 13 1992, by one point.

That means that West Coast have won the last 7 matches.

I'd hate to admit it guys but if any of you think we will beat the eagles you are dreaming. We should not have beaten the kangaroos and they will be close to the worst team in the comp, only done it cause the umpire stuffed up!!

Very unlikely to win but I still have faith We need to play attacking and relentlessly attack the ball. Fraser needs a good day/night in the ruck if we top have any chance. Also if a player like Rocca couldnt get a goal last week against the roos his gonna struggle against the weagles. I think Bryan in and Richards out should be the line up change.
