When Momoa was engaged to Simmone MacKinnon (McLeod's Daughters) he became friends with Chad Cornes who was dating Rachael Carpani (McLeod's Daughters).

Chadwick got him down to the club for a few gym sessions and he became a fan, etc.

people genuinely have no concept of buying from your footy club and supporting your footy club basically because the crows are not a footy club!! we seem to almost have no concept of this in SA, the non-Port people anyway. the Port people who don't get it are just trapped in that bubble I guess. it's not like the mainstream media has ever encouraged them to buy from the club so they don't even realise.

This is not a Crows/Port 'real' footy club' thing at all.

It's just those people who buy all of their clothes at K Mart or whatever cheap, shitty department store, and as such only buy their footy gear there too.

These people incidentally also have terrible fashion sense 95% of the time, which is why they're totally content with wearing the most naff supporter wear.

but I'm saying that's all those people know, they have no concept of going to their club to buy it and put the money into said club because.. do they even know where the club/club store is? if they had a sense of belonging or even understanding they would probably be inclined to spend the extra dosh on the better quality knowing it's helping their club. or like you said, cheapskates just have it in their blood.
