from memory I feel like some video shop mogul in adelaide had the rights for some early games/years?I reckon there would be too many different licensing agreements to get through. If foxtel bought all the SANFL old footage (like the have for VFL) it would be far easier.
Hi guys ,brought a top from the port store last week and wanted it framed ,found a great place called framing land in waymouth street, looks great and great price ,he's a big port supporter.
Yes, that should do.*taps nose*
get numbers put on at AFL store
)FFS, how hard is it to put price tags on things in the store....
Obviously you've never worked in retail.
Wait a second, neither have I.
Yeah, how hard is it?
how long before we see electronic price tags on the shelves/racks do you think?I assume they don't put price tags on there in order to avoid the overheads when things are discounted/price changes and they have to re-do them all.
They could just put a price list somewhere, or even have one big ticket for a whole rack or something covering all of the sizes etc.
Pricing displays are very strictly regulated, and if a price displayed is incorrect then the consumer is entitled to get it for that price whatever it may be. If you have sales all the time, this is a nightmare to maintain, especially since the port store runs on like 1 dude and some work experience kid with poor social skills.
I had to deal with this a few years back at Dick Smith when there was some gargantuan sale every ******* weekend and we had to go and ticket every item in the damn place. It's a lot of work and sometimes they get missed and the customer is all HURRDURR IT SAYS IT'S THIS PRICE, and you have to give it to them.

UhThey never sell Port stuff at the rebels in Melbourne.*sigh*
