Infinite retail are a total disgrace. Do all AFL trams have to go through them these days? Seems that way. ****ing AFL forcing clubs to do business their way. That said, we probably pay them a bag of chips as the afl snared the clubs a good deal.

Should have gone through ASM Eclipse and got some boobie calendars and the fantastic hat I purchased.

Yeah they're not great. I've had issues the last two times I purchased from the website.

First time they sent out a guernsey that had the V's printed about 5cms off centre, the most obvious defect I've ever seen. They said they would replace it but didn't deliver it on the agreed day, they said their courier couldn't find the house (sure thing bud), so I ended up going to the warehouse in Broadmeadows myself to collect it.

The second time the post office returned the package to them because I was overseas (not IR's fault, but it was annoying because I had arranged for my mail to be held, this doesn't apply to packages apparently), but then I had to follow them up multiple times over the course of two weeks to get them to resend it.

I don't bother with the online shop anymore. I still buy new gear from the club only, but I wait until I'm in Adelaide next and go in person.

Went into the port store today after trying to make a purchase last night online (most items don't have a large in stock online only like xs and 3xl

Take $350 of gear to the counter she rings it all up and then was like oh no we don't take AMEX what the **** port store y u no AMEX. I'm happy in a way because I saved myself the money I would have spent on such an impulse buy but it's $350 the club miss out on. Should have taken my normal eftpos card.

You know that amex promo 'shop small' for small businesses? Meaning they take them. It's on the left hand side of the main port club doors so that may elude to the fact it's port club only
