Chokito don't listen to the naysayers and keyboard warriors you're promoting your club and it's merchandise ultimately adding to its coffers. Infact you've provided me with bday, mothers day and xmas gift ideas overtime, have ventured to the port store numerous times after reading posts here to see items in person.
keep up the good work (side note $125 dollar port store voucher coming my way) switched gas and electricity to Energy Australia under "Power Plan" so more sales coming thier way.
A part of me feels dirty haha, but would rather support a club than an overpriced conglomerate such as Rebel Sport

Hey dudes, apologies for the intrusion. I was wondering if I could get some help of someone with a big of knowledge on the Port Magpies. I found this beauty at my grandfathers house, and need a bit of help identifying some of the players or the year of the team. The only person I recognise is John Cahill and Tim Ginever and that doesn't really nail it down. Mods feel free to move if this is in the inappropriate thread. The fact it's got Robbie West's signature on it means it's probably 1995, since that was the premiership he played in before getting king hit in Victor Harbour during the offseason, nearly dying and then never being the same again

I don't think Chokito means any harm or offense to anyone, but as supporters who have sat through some of the most unspeakable atrocities to occur on a professional sporting field, it's impossible not to get fed up with the constant self flagellation of someone that gets to maybe a handful of games a year.

Getting to more games does not mean you are more of a supporter.

Nope, that's just the regular old one.

Yeah you're right - I suspected the SANFL part would indicate that it was the seperated 97-2010 logo but I just read another post suggesting otherwise.

Looks like the Port Store is taking part in the Amex Shop Small promotion this weekend, which gives you a $10 credit on minimum $20 spend. Obviously, you need to pay with an American Express card.

That pisses me off immensely, I was in the port store a few months ago, took about $600 worth of items to the counter ( a rare occasion that you can find anything in normal people sizes in the port store) she bagged them all up and I went to pay and she was like no we don't take Amex. The online store had nothing in those sizes only had s or xxxl in most stuff. I ended up buying everything on eBay at almost half the cost - disappointed the club gets sweet f all from that.

The online port store isn't actually run by the club. Silly really. Not that hard to engage someone to create an online store and get a bunch of post bags.

I think that's a bit harsh on the physical store, I haven't really had any problems with it apart from the reduction in PA cap flavours. All the new ones seem to be Power logo stuff.

Online version is rubbish though. The website is fine but the last two times I bought off it I got sent defects from those bozos at Infinity Retail. I don't even bother with it anymore, I just wait until either myself or me lady are in Adelaide and if I miss out then too bad.

Last time I was there (in July) they had my top of the bell curve size for guernseys, polos, vests, jackets etc. The only things I had trouble with were the caps, which is what I actually went in for, the two fitted ones I liked only had "Brett Ebert" size leftover.
