Pretty much any clear font that is distinctly different to every other club would be ok with me.

Comic Sans number panel confirmed

It's not all bad, the training jumpers look pretty cool.

I'd be happy to see us roll out silver version of our Guernsey with the black and white chevrons and trial it in the pre season next year. I reckon that would look cool with white shorts.

Yeah I do like that silver training guernsey.

A silver chevs with black shorts would make a great clash/preseason get up.

I really don't care

Any distinctive font renders almost any other complaint about the back of the guernsey clashing moot

And dont get me started on a teal away guernsey. Kids these days ....

Back in my day....

I'm ok with other changes, sponsors panels, number panels etc, but that teal Guernsey is all sorts of bad - while the white one is probably the best clash strip going around.

I'm not really opposed to the white number panel to be honest. It gives our kit a real black and white feel about it rather than just being all black and having white and teal as an afterthought. I've always liked our home guernsey worn with white shorts for this reason. Port to me is black and white, not just black.

Also, the all black guernsey is not exactly an iconic Port guernsey that should remain sacred - we've never even won a final in it!

Knowing our team, they'd probably try harder if we Americanised things a bit. They'd have a bit more pride in the guernsey.
As numbers on a uniform are deemed to be an Australian invention, though most fonts used aren't. Where does that leave cubs trying not to be 'Americanised'. Do they need to use a specifically Australian font?

Gee whiz I was jesting about some members of our team appearing more enthused about international sports than the one they play for a living, calm down.

Who isn't calm?
Why are you flustered?

I'm a big dumb idiot who only likes things because theyre American and it has nothing to do with the numbers actually just looking nice and more distinct.
