No. Hardly a negative word is spoken about the staff.

Just the range, sizes available and occasional lack of informative answers.

The shop used to be a real tight ship however.

tbh, well for me and basically all us since we are all classified as casuals there, theres only so much we can do in regards to telling our manager to get more stock in.. cause end of day we cant do the ordering, also if we say the dreaded 'they'll be here in two weeks', thats honestly what we are told in regards to when theyll be here

But going on that, we have sweet f all space for stock since the shop is tiny along with storage, The day Head Office gives us a budget to renovate and get more storage there will be pigs flying

Stock is the obvious one and has already been covered.

I'd also say that the service isn't up to scratch. Only ever seems to be one person taking payments and then another helping customers with other enquiries, sometimes a third person as well.

The actual customer service, in my experience, is lacking. Never greeted with a smile, never told to have a good day. Actually working in retail, you very quickly learn that the little things are really important.
