You aren't prepared to put in the hard work to be Troy Chaplin tribey.

The one thing I have noticed though is that you are coming together and galvanizing but you have so much work to do. It will take time and unfortunately I don't think in my posting career I will be around to enjoy that. You are a great guy but please put your issues aside. There are too many and this is one of the reasons why as a man you have stagnated.

The biggest difference (at Troy Chaplin land) is the vibe and the professionalism... real strong culture of wanting to be Troy. Training like a Troy and doing all the right little things.

Melbourne game in Darwin, circa 2011? The part where Trengove is getting tackled with the ball, and as he goes to ground, he hands off to a loose Chaplin...who panics and throws it back to an unready Trengove, still picking himself up off the ground and is immediately tackled. This was the exact moment that defined to me what sort of 'general' Chaplin really was. If someone can find that play in the game and up load it...it would be gold
