How do you judge competitive rock climbing? First to the top or extra are points given for taking a more difficult route?

I say the same thing about synchronised swimming.

Make it no harnesses and you can try to knock your opponent off on the way up. Might make a few more people watch it.

ladder climbers are judged on the net value of their investment properties

Then give me the ****ing gold medal already.

The Boomer Olympics, with such events as "not hiring a millennial because they dress like a campaigner" and "holding onto the family house because I like living here"

I like the old Olympics where Christians and poor people got fed to the lions.

The real growly African lions not the Brisbane Lions.

Poor campaigners and Christian campaigners would have had a chance then.

If we can have 18,000 medals up for grabs between the sitting down sports (rowing, equestrian and cycling) which the UK have so successfully targeted, then we can easily fit in a medal for pursuits like surfing and rock climbing. A spread of medals across a more diverse range of sports is absolutely what the Olympics need to be targetting.

Bring on Olympic darts and the first to down a yard glass race I say (or even better combine the two)

a muslim country?
how about just a no religion country

campaigners
I had this realisation last night that every year in primary school (i finished in like 08) there was weekly religious ed classes. I was one of like 3 kids who didn't do it.

What the even. Retrospectively it weirds me out - do they still do that? Old people ITT with kids (gross) let me know. This was just regular non-religious branded public school.

"
“Bear in mind that although many Australians have no religion these days, the Muslim population in Australia will all declare that they are Muslim and this fact will be counted to ascertain what type of country we are in regard to religion,” the email states.
So really they're worried that the census will accurately represent Australia's view on religion.

Is there a don't believe in fairy tales option?
