The plan for him is to sleep in the outdoor entertaining outside. It's currently there making more noise than Adelaide zoo

I know it's the worse thing to do (in the long term) is to bring it inside but any options to shut him up?

You can let them sleep in the same room as you, then transition them out.

Our dog sleeps in a crate with a blanket over it, initially he would whine but was a bit better next to the bed. I recommend them honestly, it's a really good way to potty train them as they will whine when they need to pee rather than doing it where they sleep.

I am in the same boat but I am capitulating and doggie sleeps in the laundry and has the run of the house most of the rest of the time. Outside what is the outside business? pfft. My god I am organising babysitting schedules for friends and family while I am at work. When did canines become this precious?

I had a kelpie/blue heeler that used to jump our 8 foot boundary fence, cross the road, jump the neighbours six foot fence, swim in their pool then reverse the procedure.

Why he didn't just jump the four foot fence into our own pool I have no idea.
