If you have to deal with idiots, report them here, should be a bit of fun.


I'll start things off.

I live in an apartment at the Docklands, a few weeks ago a woman moves in to a small studio 2 Balcony's down. (27 m2).
Seems fair enough, the thing is she has a big dog, I'm talking about a rottweiler.
Apart from being a big dog in a tiny apartment it barks all day (maybe cause its bored) from 6am'ish til 11pm.

When a few people from my floor asked her about it her reply was "it never barks when I'm home".

A Rottweiler in a studio? I'd call the RSPCA. I called them about neighbours who had their dog tied to a rope 24/7.
