Was watching the Davey report - weird thing was that at least 6 eagles did give him a working over (no free kick or watch), Davey ramps back almost identically and he gets reported. Farcical.
Sylvia would seem the most in trouble for mine.
It looked to be a classic right hook well off the ball.
If he doesn't get sighted the tribunal is a joke.
Looks may be deciving, wasn't much in it and the player he "hit" barely moved wen contact was made. The only worry is i believe sylvia has points hanging over from earlier this year (he did a similar push to Josh Carr's head).[/quote]
should get points removed and a medal for anything realted to hitting Carr!
Pretty sure that was Nichollsi was right in front when Pettard got rerported. One of the west coast KPB was holding him and smashing him to the ground. Right after every little fight resulted in a West Coast free. So I reckon Pettard has told him about it and got reported.
That bald bastard of an umpire was West Coast's best player
Pretty sure that was NichollsF*cki*g Maggot
One question. If the AFL are trying to rub out anyone who makes head high contact then should Wirrapunda be looked at for his head high hit on Jones??
Im not saying that he should be rubbed out but it was intentional and head high
Guys, Its a completely different incident to what your are talking about.
Sylvia was shepparding the ball and instead of using a fair bump, he wound up a strike to the face of Scott Selwood.
From the vision on foxsports theres no way he would fight the charge.
In even better news, I hear that Jack Grimes has swine flu.
It was in a marking contest, and Wirra took the mark. The players came in from opposite directions and Jones got collected, how is that reportable?![]()
Luckily Scooter is tough nut who was able to give Cale a 'good working over' within the rules, unlike Sylvia who is simply a dog for attacking a second year player. He was sticking up for Cale, he was giving Cale a good working over. A few other blokes should of cleaned up the Selwood scum aswell..
I don't know what sport you follow but in the AFL a player is allowed to try and mark the ball, and a player who runs back with the flight of the ball may also occasionally cop a hard hit.sivart said:One question.
