Someone here might know better than me, so I'll fire ahead.

How much would we have in the salary cap?

How much would be freed up when leoncelli and Moorcoft (assuming) are taken off the list?

Who is eligible for the veteran's list?

Will we be able to sign a star player?

I don't think anyone is eligible for the veteran's list...i think Neita is the year after though.

Don't know anything about the salary, but I would guess Moorcroft wouldn't have been on very much, maybe even the minimum for a draft pick, which is low in terms of freeing up space in the salary cap.
