Well by the sounds of it Tony wasn't in the meeting so maybe BP will be doing weeknights and Tony will be staying during the day.

Although who knows.

As i've said before OWAAT is good enough for a primetime slot so not sure what they can do about that....

Radio stations can never please anyone. However, just out of curiosity what sports cant you stand either as an entity or being talked about on SEN that makes you switch off?

for me:

1. car racing (all forms) i dont understand die hard fans who support say holden and only buy holden cars. but thats just me.
2. horse racing
3. boxing
4. athletics

Horse Racing unless it is like Melbourne Cup or something.

Boxing unless it involves an aussie

Wrestling but luckily that wrestling show has gone now so it isn't on very much anymore.

Radio stations can never please anyone. However, just out of curiosity what sports cant you stand either as an entity or being talked about on SEN that makes you switch off?

for me:

Horse Racing. The sport is all about gambling. I don't have any interest in it unless it's the Melbourne Cup. Least the race is about winning a prize rather than betting.

What'll have me switching off is too much golf or horse racing. I get along to a fair few races during the spring, best perving in the country but I don't want a listen to inteviews with jockeys 'n trainers 'n bookies all day.

Yeah, I don't like the interview with bookies especially when they complain how it's been a bad week for them because the favourites got up.

Wrestling....car racing....cricket.......turn off everytime......Love the horse racing interviews, they only do it when its relevant anyway...e.g..big race or meeting.......p.s..I dont bet on the horses, just love the sport...I trained greyhounds for many years, did'nt have a bet on them once.....can enjoy the sport without betting....but thats my choice, if others (including my husband) want to bet, thats their choice IMO........but I love the Casino...now thats a different matter!! haha..

ian cohen on the otherhand is awful, needs to stop repeating the sen ph number every 2 minutes i think after 2 years if we want to ring up then we'd have the number by now but he insists on making my ears bleed so early in the morning

matty thompson is like a kid in a candy shop this week, cant wait to jump on the mic and tell us news that we already knew 3 days ago, sen needs to get more journo's/reporters with cred who will break a story first all they seem to be doing atm is wait for someone else to report the news and then they follow up

I like Richo, but I don't like how he hucks his voice when he says a few certain words (like Caaaarlton in old Jack Elliott style).

He also uses words like "tremendous" and "ripping" way too much.

he carries cohen though brother cohen has nothing to say sometimes so he sounds like he just handballs to richo who has to carry the show radio would be a hard gig i reckon

easy to talk crap but hard to be good at i mean

the way he says those words adds variation to the listener you could just be boring and sayes everything normal we would not listen plus he is tuned into the average sports listener he knows what we like

what does cohen do juts fill in when people takes holidays what does he do the rest of the years is he a sen salesman for advertising or something?

Sounds like Doran. Least he isn't condescending like Doran is to everyone.

When someone gets a question correct in the quiz. "You guessed that didn't you?". "You did well there, I thought would get pass a few people".

Well it's official SEN Overnights will be back from the 22nd of October on a Monday to Friday basis. Then it will go back to 7 nights a week eventually.

The name of the show will change and it will get a bit of a revamp too as by the sounds of it BP will be hosting it!

3 - basketball (even though I played 4 nights a week for 10 years)

Bloody awesome. Arguably WSO was the SEN show that received the most approval rating. People dish Morning Glory, KB, Doran, sometimes the Run Home, and not so much Finey, but WSO, especially BP, and also the OWAAT boys, gets the most positive feedback across the board.

Still dont trust that johnson guy if he can make this decision to change his mind then whats to stop him changing his mind again I want him to resign still as he obviously underestimated people power.
