If I recall correctly from my high school physics, time = distance/speed.How long would you spend on the wrong side of the road if you attempted to overtake a car doing 98km/h at 100km/h?
So assume you've got to clear (conservatively) 25 metres to overtake. That's 0.025km.
So time = 0.025/2 = 0.0125hrs = 45 seconds.
Not sure what that proves but there you go.
