Toast The Steves

I love 'em. Really impressed recently with how they dealt with playing in Geelong. They fired up then moved on when appropriate.

However, a bit bummed they didn't push harder with our purple strip. Media has their back, the public are sympathetic. It could've been pursued harder.

In the end tho they are bloody good at steering this club and have done a great job

The game doofus.

Steves are merely a pimple on RTB's backside. Nobody is going to miss them when they're gone.

Isn't this thread directly about the Steves, though? I don't get it. There's plenty of threads about the game. Plus this is a time for a united supporter group, where pencil necks and non-pencil necks can look one another in the eye, purple-beanie atop head, and forget any difference – after all, our necks are but hangers for Freo scarves.

A noble concept, so you'd have to question why anybody would be trying to revive bad blood at this particular point in time.

The Steves, Bondy get kudos for getting RTB.

Everything that happens on the field is a result of the players and RTB. All the praise and respect are due to them regardless of the GF result.

Bad blood?? No bad blood on my part. Just a fan and member who loves the club.

I bumped this thread rather than start a new one, I just wanted to acknowledge the efforts of Steve Rosich off the field. 2008 is now a momentous year in our history and it started with the appointment of Steve Rosich.

Bloody hell, I just read back over my opening post in this thread.

I can't actually believe that I posted that :o

The Worst has run a story this morning claiming Fremantle is now an off field powerhouse. The merchandise sales for Freo is now number 1 in the league..overtaking the likes of Hawthorn.
Sorry I can't seem to find the electronic link.

I'm on my phone, so it's hard to link but there is an article about it on the Freo website.

Fremantle has been ranked the number one club in the competition for on-field apparel sales in 2014.

The AFL advised clubs of their rankings for on-field apparel sales on Thursday, with Freo jumping from third in 2013 to top spot in 2014.

Hawthorn was the number one ranked club for on-field apparel sales last year.

Fremantle accounted for 10.5 per cent of total on-field apparel club sales across the AFL.

Freo was also the only club to exceed 10 per cent of the total market, with the other 17 clubs all registering single figures.
