I am fed up with TABCORP's useless, slow and unreliable service, in particular their online betting service. It constantly crashes and is down for the rest of the day. It happened to me just before. I was about to place my bet but it crashed and I couldn't place it and haven't been able to re-connect to the service since. Fortunately the horse did nothing so I saved my money!
Their phone service is just as bad. All options, Voice Recognition, Touchtone and Operator assisted were all engaged meaning another bet was not placed.
Considering how big the business is and to have these constant problems is very amateurish and not very professional at all.
Has anyone else had similar problems?
