Economics. What a lark.Did you remove the thing about ECU because you realised you studied economics at ECU?
Economics doesn't impress me either so I guess we're square (except for the fact that one of us studies the real physical world with tangible science whilst the other studied bullshit systems that humans created so they could control most of the population)
Yeah, and?
I don't think I've ever slept with the lights on.
Sent the town broke, but what the hell.Ettamoogah pub!

I'd live there for the fishing.Kalbarri is very awesome. It has that slightly depressing transient feel though. Like one man could demolish the entire place in a weekend. I think visiting is nice but I wouldn't live there.
Sure didSent the town broke, but what the hell.

I'd live there for the fisting
I was talking about the scene where the kids car breaks down and Mick comes along and tows them. Same happened to us. Except for the murder part.If ya going to give a Wolf Creek analogy, at least get your Kimberley towns right.
I get how wide open spaces can frighten people.
I didn't study economics.
The usual combo in the finance sector is Engineering/Commerce, Law/Commerce or Maths/Physics. Economics students usually have to do honours or masters to get into the financial side of things, without HD marks.
Finance is one of the greatest things to happen to this earth, without it the economic growth experienced would never have occurred. Of course there is flaws and its something we're still working on.
LOL nice backtrack on the UWA vs ECU line
Infinite growth in a world of finite boundaries ....you crazy fools you're going to kill us all.
Let's just get back on the gold standard and start to fix things !
This persona is actually starting to return dividends with a few laughs.I didn't study economics.

I can still buy a beer coming back from Southern Cross.Sent the town broke, but what the hell.
If we were on the gold standard, we would never have achieved our supposed 'high standard of living'. I do believe the system at current is fundamentally flawed, the problem is that it's far too complex now to go onto a new system.
Yes who is second to Curtin is always controversial.
Except for the murder part..

I live in our dear leader's electorate. Not a shithole.some here may lament that.
not me tho.
This whole childhood experience seems to have scarred you badly.
Scarred you as far as frightening you into living in the biggest city/shithole in AU.
In Australia not many firms acknowledge 'prestige' or the differences between difficulties. Though from factual point of view the very top tier firms have a greater number of UWA graduates. Though if you're top of the cream and ace Curtin it won't limit your chances, just that if you're average you have no chance.
Curtin is the only good uni in WA to study Geology at anyway (UWA only offers Earth ScienceIts a controversial topic, I didn't really want to enter into it.
