I've been to Mumbai, its pretty amazing. Chaos that somehow works (its a bit less chaosy than other parts of India). The architecture is awesome, they've kept lots of the colonial stuff. Its where all the hipster Indians live because it has a good contemporary arts district, heaps of little bars/cafes, famous uni and is probably the wealthiest city in India. I think its more of a list of undiscovered interesting places to visit. I met a man who had feet made of sausages there.

I've been there too and hated it, bar the 5 star hotels and food.

Mumbai imo isn't any where close to the best city in India, just still don't understand how that list was created.
