Each week I'm going to list 3 positive and 3 constructive feedback remarks about each cats game. Feel free to share your own.

:thumbsu: Corey Enright and Jimmy Bartel are the most dependable men on the ground. Their poise when under pressure and decision making when it counts sets the benchmark.
:thumbsu: Cameron Guthie. Aside from some rookie mistakes I think he showed great attack at the ball and tackled well in the contests. Was able to find a few targets and got it towards goal square when needed. Good first game.
:thumbsu: Chris Scotts intensity and passion for AFL. 1st game and I am 100% convinced he is our next premiership coach.

:thumbsd: KICK THE #%^&^% THING STRAIGHT! 1 and 7 at half time! WTF. Mooney and Hawks - your on notice. I wont be as kind next week
:thumbsd: Fwd crumbers and GK - where did you get to stokesy? Sorry SJ but your more important kicking goals than gathering possesions down back. Hallowed be thy Chappy and PODS, i miss you so much.
:thumbsd: Milking for cheap frees. Ugly to watch and it's not what we are about. Attack it with conviction and purpose dont wait and try and play for "in the back" (SJ, your excused for milking, so long as it results in goals:D)

:thumbsu: The <10 game players showed that they weren't over awed on the G against a solid opponent
:thumbsu: Wojack still looks keen and able to run and carry off the back line - super important
:thumbsu: defensivly we looked pretty good and as it turns out we still have the ability to find goals when it matters the most

:thumbsd: Hawkins, refuses to crunch packs when given the perfect opportunity, cant clunk a ball and cant kick a goal - thats a negative 3 out of 3 for a KPF
:thumbsd: Ball handling was poor. fumbles and some simple skill errors that resulted in turn overs, I'll put it down to Rd 1 rust for now but i hope it improves out of sight by next week
:thumbsd: hmmm maybe Menzel?! only a kid so I dont want to be too hard on him but didhave some moments where he didn't play with enough intensity around goals, sure he will be better for the run though

:thumbsu:
When it get down and dirty , you can trust certain players to be the drivers of the win bus. Bartel , Kelly , Corey Enright might be seasoned players but their competitive juices are still as sharp as ever. Fantastic to see Joel Corey back in a fit body.

:thumbsu:
The newbies will take a while but but we have some talent that should worry other clubs. We are a chance to rebound before we should. Duncan , THunt ,Menzel amd Guthrie. Bring Smedts and the Hyphen and watchout we will be "The Killer Kittens"

:thumbsu:
I still think Ottens best is behind him but I must also complement when he peforms to a better standard. Not great but was serviceable. One might question who he beat but for this week he was a tick

:thumbsd:
Conversion is life and death. If a forward can not do what he is paid to then I say its "Time to Go" . Love Cam to death but when we kick 6 goals for the game and he misses twice his conversion probably should be highlighted not just shrugged and forgotten.

:thumbsd:
Tom Hawkins. Fair Dinkum . If you do not start marking in your hands , overhead or in front then your should start get used to the names in the VFL. No more chest marks , its not U18's. At you size and speed , you offer little if you don not mark. Improve or Vardy WILL take your spot

:thumbsd:
Game style and attendance. Worst half of football , on a dry night that I can remember for some time. And. I hate Fri Nights. what is it now 6 out of the last 8 games. Some might like them but me and my family coming from Geelong was and is a rushed pain. Give me Sat night any time.

Agree about Jimmy and Enright. How lucky we are. Easy to forget the days pre 2007.

Guthrie looks good early. I dont think he will be dropped for next week, should hold his place.

Love Scott, but dont forget Danny Frawley use to do the same thing in the coaches box. But luv his passion and agree with other posters that you sense the players will really play for Scott.

On Moons, it has to be Pods or Moons, right now id go Pods.

3 Positives
- We won
- It was close
- Our young guys (Duncan, T. Hunt, Guthrie in particular) showed a fair bit. They were real contributors to the victory

3 Negatives
- Selwood's injury
- The game was possibly among the 5 worst games I can remember watching. If I was a neutral supporter there was no way I could have sat through that game.
- Our conversion was diabolical
