I love him as a player, but, if it aint the first 6 weeks of the season and a hefty fine, we aren't serious as a club.

I would say 4 weeks plenty of his earnings and make him spend the match days working at a womens refuge, then again we could be like the family club who rewarded their Captain for endangering others lives while dui with a spot in a Premiership team

i dont condone what he did, he is a massive dickhead for doing it, but a bit of perspective please. actually hitting someone is worse than just threatening it, and actually breaking the law is worse than not. the club will and should punish him but its a bit rich for opposition supporters to be having a go at him or the club given their own clubs indiscretions.

If you look up Section 21a of the Crimes Act, you'll find that threatening to inflict violence is breaking the law.

Ladies and gentlemen I am not going to condone Dusty's antics, nor am i going to condemn him beyond the normal justice society expects however i say had the restaurant in question had a red flag flying above the front door warning all and sundry 'footballers were on premises enter at your own risk' then this imbroglio would not have ensued.
