What are your thoughts on A) Sprint training directly followed by endurance training.
B) Weight session directly followed by cardio?

I wouldn't do cardio before heavy lifting myself. Especially before things like deads/squats.

Generally it's better to structure it sprint training before weight training (typically both high intensity) on the same day and endurance training (typically low intensity) on a separate day to manage CNS recovery and for optimal performance over the long run.

More is mentioned in this article: http://www.higher-faster-sports.com/highlow.html
Not doing sprint training and weight training on same day. The combos were A) Sprint training then endurance running and B) Weight training then cardio. By cardio I mean endurance; maybe I should have been more specific.
So you think do my sprint training and then leave it at that? Do my endurance on a seperate day.

do you need endurance and cardio training? they're the same thing...
Yeah same thing but these are two different sessions I am talking about hence an A) and a B). Not on the same day.

Weight training uses minimal amounts of glycogen, cardio uses a fair bit.

Keeping your storages as full as possible for your lifts is the best/most efficient, and then you can drain what's left over in the cardio session.

So weights and then cardio.

Thankyou.

i may be wrong but i also reckon doing cardio before weights could increase the chances of injury due to fatigue.

running whilst fatigued is pretty standard stuff. trying to squat with your bodyweight on your shoulders while fatigued is a recipe for disaster.

Yeah bro but that not what I'm doing.

But what about other way around..weight training then cardio?

I do this often. In fact, this type of training structure is how I got my fittest and strongest.

I'd do back and chest together, and maybe some legs followed a few hours later with a moderate intensity run of 5 - 12 km (12km being pretty rare) depending on how I was feeling.

I'd also do a core session with a run shortly after.

I tried doing a higher intensity session of intervals a few hours after the gym once but I ended it pretty quickly. I was almost unable to maintain any form.

Bare in mind I wasn't training for football.
