Not doing sprint training and weight training on same day. The combos were A) Sprint training then endurance running and B) Weight training then cardio. By cardio I mean endurance; maybe I should have been more specific.Generally it's better to structure it sprint training before weight training (typically both high intensity) on the same day and endurance training (typically low intensity) on a separate day to manage CNS recovery and for optimal performance over the long run.

Yeah bro but that not what I'm doing.i may be wrong but i also reckon doing cardio before weights could increase the chances of injury due to fatigue.
running whilst fatigued is pretty standard stuff. trying to squat with your bodyweight on your shoulders while fatigued is a recipe for disaster.
But what about other way around..weight training then cardio?
