Guys, quickest way in using internet is to apply for members buying family tickets, then apply for as many or as few as you want. Got straight in using ticketmaster.com.au

Got 5 premium seats. Beautiful.

all i am getting is engaged signal ... anyone else having that prob ... been trying for 20 mins ...

I tried the redial button 25-30 times.... finally got through but on hold now and have been for 20 mins.... hurry up and get me some tiks!!! just keep hitting redial h2f...

Got mine ... stayed on hold for about 10 minutes, but then chose the automatic ticket thing option .. and it worked a treat. Level 1 Aisle 38!

Now all we need is for the Hawks to show up (unlike last week! :P).
 
what I cant believe is that that link did not require proof of membership.

I just picked up 5 premium seats, no problem. we are all members but why on earth would they dish out seats reserved for HFC members to whoever logs in ?

I don't get it either ... Have you got your confirmation email yet from them ???

Ya, it does work. Now that is what I call a flaw in the system!!! nice find though.
 
Confirmation through and printed, no problem

Absolute disgrace. Any one can log in, pose as an HFC member and take tickets, no question asked. Just tried it again.

I know ... It is ridiculous, but hey you are an absolute star for finding this - thank you ...

I haven't got my confirmation email yet. I actually logged into my account on ticketmaster and printed them manually anyway, so they are in my hand :)

But just out of interest how long did it take your confirmation email to come through ...

2 minutes.

Even more galling is that when I tried again to see if it worked twice, the second set of tickets allocated were better than the first, half an hour later !
Too late, paid for the first lot.

Good luck. Just hope there arent too many Crow members onto this

Yeah i had that page opened as back up whilst waiting on the phone.... just as i was entering my credit card details the girl from ticketmaster answered the phone and i booked them over the phone!!!!!! Thanks anyway H2F, amazing there is no requirement for member ID.....

Level 1 aisle 39 seats 40 and 41..... Telstra Dome - he we come, i am glad i could get tiks seeing as though i booked my flights from Tas last night.....
 
Just spoke to a membership consultant at HFC, they were upset, contacting Ticketmaster now to stop sale without barcode

Good. What's even more rediculous, is that it appears that by the way they have set it up, Crows members can 'legally' go in and buy tickets without having to put up with Ticketmasters membership verification thing .. which is the page that always says "sorry, the site is too busy etc.".

I'm a bit peeved off right now. I booked mine over the phone but they are Level 1, Aisle 38, but Row R .... I'm not sure if they are good or not?? :(


How far back is Row R? is it right next to fence/standing area? If so, I think I've stuffed up?

Good work Lyndhurst ... I can't believe this can happen? It is so amazing just how pathetic the AFL are. It must be so good having a job where you have absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY ...
 
By the way I still haven't received any emails from them ... As I said I logged in and printed the tickets myself anyway, but if I was waiting for emails I would be a little bothered.

Anyone else not receive the emails once they bought them?

This happened last time too, and when I rang them they said it was a problem they were havcing because the emails were coming from the US and a lot of ISP providers in Australia were blocking them...

Looks like it is the same thing AGAIN... Be careful people, this means you need to log in yourself and print them.

Just looked at their forum, thus far it appears that they are just as stupid as I suspected and there is no reference to it. Most of them cant read anyway, and most of Adelaide is still on dial up modem access, so hopefully TM can close the loop hole before any of them are them are at mid morning cell break with phone access again

Sorry to be pushy, but could someone let me know if these are good seats ..

Level 1, Aisle 38, Row R.

I'm worried that it's too far back. I've never sat on L1 before, so any advice appreciated.
 
What's everyones thoughts on the crowd size?

I'm a member, but want to take 6-7 non members to the game, can I risk leaving it until Wednesday/Thursday and take a punt on the GA tickets?
