I haven't heard anything, but I hope he stays. He could be our version of Jason Gram if given the chance. Might have to polish up his disposal a bit first, but a solid preseason with the skills coach (if we have one, but on current evidence I doubt it) might do him the world of good.

Sorry guys, my first post...be gentle
Reported in the paper, days after VFL team lost GF, He spoke with CEO and asked to be traded to another club. Limited opps at GFC, wants more game time else were....

He had been earmarked for a Brenton Sanderson role but he hasn't stood up. His courage is well noted but we would probably only get a fourth round for him. Ho does have some value and he could be a good trade for someeone else who isn't getting much of a go at their club.

Gee, that would be sad news. I believe that he'll be a regular in the seniors next year. That's disappointing.

Problem being that he plays the same role as Wojcinski, Hunt and D Johnson (which mind you is exactly why Slade wont be promoted.......sorry Healy if your out there!!).

Would be a good pick up for another club but due to injuries and so forth is probably rated behind those other guys ATM.

If he leaves it would be on good terms and whoever picks him up will be getting a good deal.

When's he been given the opportunity to 'stand up'?

I heard it as he does want to move 'cause he and Bomber have fallen out.

I would doubt if anyone would want him. Considering most clubs have a similar type player and considering the quality of the draft then no one would want to give up a pick in a trade. His only hope is via the Rookie draft.

A bit hard when as soon as he has a quiet game he gets dropped.Other players get lots of quiet games in a row, including one that plays back pocket [no names ;) ],but they don't get dropped. If only he had as many chances as a few others have had.

Geelong would take probably anything for him.
I really think he is good enough for league football
and would love to see him get a run somewhere
else. He may not be that skillful but is very courageos
which is harder to get.

4th/3rd round pick?
I think Melbourne could use an extra small defender, and I like the look of Callan. Hard and provides plenty of rebound.

Man , is there some names being thrown around.Adelaide and Port seem to be going into melt down trying to comeup with a deal to get Gibbs. So it not really a good year to be placing yourself on the market as a player unless some team specifically has worded him up. The picks this year seem to be worth gold and I wouldnt be suprised to lose him in the PSD for zilch if we arnt carefull , he's got bit of game , I think all he needs is game time.
What about Brisbanes R3 or R4.They seem to have player leaving at a great rate , not much money and the bill fro the Flags is due. He on ther other probably is not to worried about big dollars , he is looking for a team that he could get 20 games in.
