Time to get aggresive But Keep a lid on it

We face the cats this week and we need to take them on.
Firstly Ottens has belted us the last 3 times. This week no Ottens only Blake with a chop out from hawkins & mooney. We know Jolly has been getting better each week and this week could be the break out. Also Wood has been okay but I think Josh needs to come back this week to push our Ruck advantage. Woody would be okay but he will not dominate or provide flexability.

Secondly Brown has had a taste but Presti needs to stop "the leakage".

As for Wellers and Medders if fit must come back probably for Cheesy or the Caff

Maybe if Josh does come back Jack might need to have the week off.

Having Josh or Jolly resting in the forward line will stretch the Cats down back. Jack being out might allow another mid.


But we need a lid!

Did anyone realise they were only resting Podsiately for us.

We need Presti need to shut down their small forwards and iv'e noticed they have been playing Ablett in the forward but dont think they will do it against a quality opposition this week. if we're going to tag him we'll need massive rotations on him from jonno, thomas and wellingham (thomas and wellingham at the same time if they have too.)

I've been through too many losses and bad years to keep a lid on it. I know I don't speak for every Collingwood fan/member, but everyone has to be themselves.

I, for one, enjoy giving it anyone who barracks for a team we're playing this week, and Carlton fans every week.

Ofcourse it'll be better if we win a flag and can get on a roll for a short while, but look at fans like Joff in the squad. It's awesome seeing the gold jacket go on, it's awesome to have 70,000+fans chanting collingwood.

In summary: It's awesome to be a Pies fan.

And if in the years we actually are any good I can't be ridiculously optimistic, over-the-top confident and insanely excited each game... to me there's no point following footy.

Definitely from an analytical perspective (for coaches, staff etc) we need to maintain composure. But for me, when we weren't travelling well I'd hang my hat on Bucks being awesome. Now... no need to do that
