Actually, sexual activity (including masturbation) increases testosterone. Just losing a bit of weight and being more active will help too.

I'm not saying go out and walk up to a gorgeous woman and put it out on the line - I think you'll find most people would say 'I'm terrible with women' if that was the way you always had to go about it... but just give yourself the opportunity for things to happen organically... hang out with friends, go to interesting social events etc etc - You will meet women this way without having to swipe your bloody phone

Remember it can be exactly the same for us (women) too, in that we have trouble meeting ppl. Am going out for drinks tomorrow night, I will bet you a million, trillion dollars no guy will even look sideways at me, let alone approach me. (no i am not the size of an elephant either). :D
 
Online dating has ruined normal dating for a lot of people it would seem. There's something scary and thrilling about putting yourself out there in real life that you don't get from talking to an approved match (not that I can talk, I met my partner online, but it's sad to see so many people are scared to talk to the opposite sex)
 
I'm fine at talking to girls that I already know, or am introduce to - this is where my sexual partners usually come from. However, not good at picking up at a club or a bar for example. Have had a couple of encounters where this has happened - but I really struggle when it comes to this.
 
How do you guys feel about being approached by a woman then? I never had any issue (when I was single) approaching a guy at a bar for example but some male friends told me that is off-putting.
So if the guys aren't approaching and the women aren't approaching...

Fine with it. I'm pretty good at keeping conversation flowing, so never had an issue with it.

It's approaching girls that I don't know that I have an issue with.
 
Sounds like a decent app and has a clever system... just unfortunately the Facebook requirement makes it a no-go for me, I don't even use Facebook. A shame but I can see why they do it... must make everything easier, just being able to hook into existing Facebook profiles to get pictures and info etc.

Thing I'd say here is, if you believe it won't happen and keep telling yourselg that, then it probably won't.

Expectation can affect mood and the vibe you give off. If it's negative expectation, well, you're probably less likely to give out the sort of vibes which increase the likelihood of striking up conversation. Go out with an open mind and tell yourself you'll meet someone. That doesn't mean trying too hard, but it's amazing what a bit of positive thinking can do.

Dont know how it can be off putting. I love when a girl approached me. Meant I knew she was interested straight away.

Don't have a problem with it at all.
 
Depending on what the girl said to me, I might be even be aware she's hitting on me. I don't expect girls to make the first move. Like sometimes girls in clubs come up and say "wow you're tall" and stand there as if it's my duty to spearhead the conversation
