But you do need to know what it means when you use it to insult me. Being called a racist is one of the most offensive terms that could be labelled at a person.

But listening to Demetriou on 5AA today, he explained that the cheat label is apt in this case, and that your club was responsible for the side agreement. So you're going to have to live with that now, knowing that one of the key architects of the cheating and three year cover-up will still be running your club with the unanimous support of you board. I can't see how that doesn't reflect poorly on your club.

I respect your posting but your showing a lack of understanding of our corp structure. In your own situation the members were eventually motivated to topple the board. We cant do that. So there is little point gnashing teeth.

We can send emails and ring the radio, but it the end the board will decide our course and cannot be overthrown my members. Chapman and Trigg gave us as much as we are going to get tonight and, for me, it was enough. I choose to support a club with this governance structure and I will take the good with the bad.

As Macca 23 stated , in the end, we defer to the boards judgment and decision making.

It's over.

Rather relieved actually. I would've been thrilled to get him for maybe $400k last year, but his stocks have hardly improved since then. I still won't rest completely easy until the PSD is done and dusted.

I'm well aware of your corporate structure. I think you're underestimating people power. If your club's administration loses the people then they lose the sponsors. If they lose the sponsors then they won't be around for very long. Having said that, I don't think that's going to happen. The majority seem to have accepted it.

I think in reality the people are won or lost by the players. Had this happened in 2010/11 there may have been more action.

But right now the players have us captivated ...so no one is going anywhere.

At this point in time I'm not renewing my membership. I can't simply sit back and say 'Oh well, all parties have buried their skeletons, guess I'll never know, keep supporting in blind faith.'

I'm preparing an email for Chapman and whilst I expect nothing I'll at least let him know the stance I'm choosing to take and for the reasons I'm doing what I'm doing. If idiots like Rowe and co (and possibly some on here) choose to call me a fair weather supporter for my actions or a bandwagoner or whatever then that's their choice but I'm not going to simply enable this administration to do as it pleases towards its fan base. That doesn't sit well with me.

Considering I've been a member since I was a young kid all the way back in our inception it's not exactly a move I'm taking lightly. I'll wait and see if Mr Chapman has any light to shed which can change my opinion on things but I'd say that's pretty unlikely given the responses issued to other members on this forum.

I'm going renew my Footy park membership, but I won't renew my Crows Gold membership, I'm also going to change the team i support on my membership to Port Power.

so far it looks like the posters that have spoken to chapman have mellowed significantly
