Wow just wow. AFL in a Massive bind. Yesterday Phil Davis tweeted a pic of his new car from Skoda. He is an 'ambassador' apparently.
Judd, Goddard etc... There are 3rd party deals everywhere. This is very complicated for the AFL, very messy and as the Judd decision demonstrates they don't know what to do.
AFL need to go over every 3rd party deal in the comp and to figure out what is ok and what isn't before they make a decision on the Tippett situation.

What happens if we win and couldn't trade Tippett? Do we get compensated?

a) The club went behind VB's back to set up a 3rd party deal for him
b) The AFL did investigate VB's deal but found nothing untoward and EQ jumped the gun.
