Why oh why have the AFL done a backflip on Judd on Oct 22nd??? ......can't tell me not connected with Crows charges and our solicitors will be all over it .......if i were them i'd demand details of the Judd deal !!

We only have 1 pick to use anyway and by all accounts, that will be used on Nick Joyce. I doubt we will use that on him at pick 20 considering he went at 43 last year in a weaker draft.

No, we have 3 picks, Pick 20 (1st round pick), Pick 54 (Joyce), Pick 64 (Callinan upgrade)

Hopefully we'll be nowhere near selecting Aish mate. We'd need to finish bottom four to have any chance.

I am absolutely pumped with this decision! I have taken no notice of this draft, now I'll have to study all the players to see who I want at pick 20.

Another whole month of Tippett talk won't be fun though.

Isn;t that better than not knowing up to 1 day before the draft which draft strategy you're going to adopt? ......at least now we have a week to plan for existing draft picks ....that's a huge plus

Really don't think AP we'll lose any draft picks at all .......the whole 3rd party deal arrangement with ALL AFL CLUBS .....is set to dwarfe the Crows minor indesretion

Why doesn't the AFL....

• send Kurt Tippett to the Swans
• give us a first round compensation pick
• Give every club a 3rd party amnesty until the 1st of February 2013
• give them the opportunity to get all 3rd party deals in place and in line with the rules
• After that, investigate all clubs on 3rd party deals
• play on.

Is it so much a can of worms that individual representation is neccessary, or have the individuals decided that, to minimise their personal damage, they need to cast aside what would otherwise be 'what is best for the club'?
