Don't get me wrong I agree that there is no legal basis for him to make a threat but I still wouldn't put it past him to do so.There is no legal avenue to sue for a Gentleman's Agreement. In law it is considered to be a "trusting" agreement where both parties know that it is not enforceable by the courts. I've said this three times, there is no legal avenue for Blutcher and Tippett to enforce the agreement. Regardless, I don't think they have upheld their side of it which is why Trigg said it's broken because he went to Sydney.
