Great game by Titch today! He has all the tricks for his size very good overhead and his use and ability to create space today was sensational. 7 goal assists today! Most players don't even have that for the whole season. TAKE A BOW!

About freakin' time to be honest with you.

Haha your not wrong, but finally the pieces fell into place today, when he has his tail up he uses it well and his mind ticks over quicker than most. Coaches to be applauded for supporting him.

He's a ****ing good player. He's going to cop a bit and sometimes it's warranted, especially when he has games like he did against the Pies but the things he does, the plays he creates, they can't be underrated. I'm just watching a replay and have just got to Nahas' amazing goal in the second, Edwards' decision to hold onto the ball and go back inside to Foley who in turn got it to Nahas was terrific, so many other players would have just charged forward and blazed away. Commentators raved about it a little too, it's these little decisions he makes..he's just such a creative player, I love him in our side.

Had almost no preseason due to shoulder surgery so not surprising he had a slow start to the year. He's been good for the last 3 weeks in a row.

I rate this kid big time, only get limited chances to watch him but when richmond games come up always look out for young edwards

His disposal seemed much better today than previous weeks

The bit I like most about him is he doesn't drop his head when he stuffs up and then doesn't get scared to take a risk and potentially stuff up again. I think it comes from Hardwick who knows you have to take a risk to win footy matches.
We have become much more daring with our kicking and general play.

Under Wallace it was all about the game plan and structure.... which I now believe is the main reason why our players didn't develop properly... they lost flair. They didn't take risks and improve their creativity... They became robots..

I'm a big Edwards fan and really enjoyed his game tonight. He's very creative and great at choosing the non-obvious option that can really split games open and he gives us great spread and energy. Just needs to get rid of those crazy shanks- none tonight that I remember

Edwards was one of the big improvers last year but has been very poor this year- yesterday was the first step towards correcting this let's hope he keeps this improvement up over the next few weeks before we make any snap judgements!

His last couple of games have been fairly good, hopehe keeps it up as he does alot of the little things we don;t always notice

Improved game from him but I'll hold off on saying he's turned the corner. I'm one of those blokes who believes he's overrated due to his inconsistency and a liability to the team because of this and stand by my comments. I want to see him show a little more consistency. His best is good and his poor is absolutely terrible.

I hope he proves me wrong and I'll be the first to put my hand up.

If he can up his disposal efficiency (which i believe has been ok this year) he is going to be one of those players that you just can't stop. Weaves in and out of packs so easily. Im a huge fan of his mainly because he is from the North Adelaide Roosters :thumbsu:.

is a very creative player especially with his hands.

unfortunately if he keeps disposing the ball in the way he did against the pies he is an absolute liability

This. Killed our momentuum in the third quarter against the Pies. Not saying we would've won the game, but he single-handedly killed any chance we might've had to pose a threat.

I hate being the wet blanket, but the kid still can't lay or break a tackle. Gets pushed around far too easily for mine.

I'm still struggling to get my head around how he kept Tuck out of the side for the first four rounds.

Surely we've got enough blokes under 6 ft (King, Nahas, White) who are doing a similar job?

Sorry, I'm still not convinced :(

Having said that, this has been his best year for the club, and Titch's presence in the team is my only qualm with right now :)

certainly repaid the faith with a performance we all know he is capable of, he was very lucky to have escaped the wrath eralier on his form was abysmal..there was always the rider though htat he had the talent to turn it around, glad he did relatively quickly, he's another string to the midfield mix, and has unique qualities so really mixes it up
