Everyone knows 1 March marks the start of the new year, but it seems Rome is yet to finalise our civilisation world tour.

So this is the time of year when the LGs of each Club take stock, weigh up what has worked and what has not. FFS, even the notoriously dullard Drags are doing this and are contemplating consigning perennial non contributor Ljp86 to the Bench! More on that in a future edition.

The Toga Times has loyal informants at each Club. All are believed to be members of the Marxist Horacist tendency of the Sweet FA revolutionary vanguard. Each has passed on the situational analysis of their Club and their agreed ny resolution.
