Mate, we'd like to see him play a game before we trade him!

IMO it's very unlikely he'll be looked at for trading, despite or because of his knee injury, depending on how you look at it.
 
I haven't seen him play, so I wouldn't know, unless they trade him to Geelong, or something for one of their draft picks, very doubtful there though.

Is Adelaide interested in him ? .

Why would they be interested when they have Carey , dominating the competition ? .

Tommy can kick straight, unlike Perrie. He'd be a good pick up for the Cows...but alas, they ain't getting him!

Hypothetically, I'd suggest that Tom's market value wouldn't have changed since he was fist picked up, so a mid-second round pick would be fair.

But again, 192cm, strong leading and marking full-forwards who can kick straight don't grow on trees, so we won't be giving him up after investing so much on him.

Fingers crossed (several times) that Davo's knee injury was a one off!
 
I have seen him play. I watched him at a couple of Willie games last year.
He can kick it out of sight and takes a good grab.
Moves like Tazz only not quite as quick.
I think he could play any key position.
I read somewhere on one of the other boards he was back training already.

We will need to give them Kinnear, Johnson and a car for Marsh.

Kinnear is a complete waist of list space and the sooner we realise that the sooner we can put a trained monkey on and save some cash. No club will want Kinneaqr adn if we did manage to trade him for anything I would laugh my head off. He has had his chances, he's been around long eneough and he has never looked like a senior AFL footballer at any time. Apart from a lack of ability, he is too short to be a tall, too tall to be a small and too slow to be a tall running player. he was a dumb draft choice and we should admit that and move on.
 
Kinnear WAS up for trade last year and no one wanted him even though he was still contracted to us.
Think about that for a moment!
It would have meant WE would have been part paying his new salary on any new contract at a new club, AND STILL NO CLUB WANTED HIM.
 
It looks like Tom Davidson will be back playing footy at Willi later this year.
Gotch said he will play one or two games before the year is over.

Interesting, I heard earlier in the year that his knee was not as bad as first thought although he still required a complete reconstruction.
Getting a couple of games (or more likely half games) under his belt this year goes well for a big pre-season and senior footy next year.
