Even though the NEAFL is pretty crap, Horse would be completely stupid to not include him for the Geelong game.

That's amazing, regardless of opposition you've still got to be good enough to get it.

Assuming he played 70-80min game time, he's pretty much touched the ball once every minute throughout the game.

Good to see he's fully fit again, is one of the best youngsters in the game.

NEAFL is a pretty shit comp but Mitchell's also a pretty good footballer. You think he'd nearly be recalled.

It's obvious after listening to Longmire and one of the other Swans coaches on the weekend that Mitchell is in the reserves to learn a few things before he makes his way back to the seniors. There was no doubt in the words they used that he was a first 22 player and it was just a matter of time before he was back playing firsts. Going by this game, could be as early as next game.

The kid is a talent and the Swans got him for next to nothing due to father / son. How good is their midfield looking. Goes very very deep.

Shows how bad the NEAFL is
Gold Coast reserves are winless and bottom while the Lions have only won two games. Perhaps it shows more the strength of the Swans and how well they are being coached.

Well Gold Coast has no Depth Then and we know that Lions have nothing

NEAFL isn't a bad league. Their top 8 would be competitive in the VFL or SANFL

Nah, it's actually a terrible league and wouldn't even stand a chance in the VFL, SANFL and WAFL, all would have it covered.
