arguably the funniest thing ive read from the steaming pile of poo that is the sun rag.

top 10 nba players according to them.

10. ben gordon (in there cause he's a pom)

stopped reading there
mate its an opinion....get over it......theres no right and wrong answers

what...you condiser bryant being the top player the funniest thing you've read? fair enough...still crying over the finals? fair enough too

I'm sure Andrew Bogut would sneak into a top 10 list if an Aussie trash paper ran an equivalent article. Shaq is in there for his high profile carved out in the 90s, but I don't see how he's still a "star".

Worst. Top 10 List. EVER!

If anyone who follows NBA thinks Shaq is better than Dwight then I want some of what they are on.

And Nash 2nd best? ehhh... its 2008 not 2006.

Ease up mate. Clearly he was talking about some of the other players that were in their i.e Gordon, Shaq, Nash at 2. Even though it is the writers opinion, he is wrong....;)

Yep, Lebron, Chris Paul are better then Kobe. They have had limited success in the league and they are already being considered better then a player who is a top 25 player ever.

Dwyane Wade behind Paul and Howard? Hmm...
Finals MVP means nothing now. Especially when it was the most efficient finals performance ever. Thats right. Ever.

Yep, because they are better players then Kobe. If we are going to base this list on success does this mean Pierce and Dirk are better than Lebron and Paul?

So he hit some form in the playoffs 2 years ago. Woop-ti-doo. That doesn't make him a better player now. Geez I should have put Pierce as #1 because he won the finals MVP this year! and obviously thats the only thing that matters and he is the best player easily, oh wait your right Wade should be #1 because the award 2 years ago is much more relevant than the award this year

If you honestly think Wade is ahead of Paul atm I want some of what your on.

Oh year, most productive finals series ever! Dwayne Wade - only player to average more free throws per game in a finals series than the entire opposing team.

Gees, swap around Kobe and Duncan at least.

IMO:
1) Lebron
2) Kobe
3) Paul
4) Nash
5) Howard
6) Garnett
7) Dirk
8) Wade
9) Stoudemire
10) Duncan

As said, 2006 was two years ago. Hell, going by those standards, that would make Shaq THE best player in the league right now. He's won more of them than LeBron, Kobe, Paul, Howard, Dirk, Nash, Amare, Yao, TMac, Williams and Garnett COMBINED.... ;)

But who cares about being the most efficient, what does that actually mean? He got the most superstar calls ever?

FWIW
10) Arenas (maybe not, but the guy put up 29/6 before the injury)
9) Nash
8) Wade
7) Amare
6) Howard
5) Garnett
4) Duncan
3) Paul
2) LeBron
1) Kobe

how some of you dont put james 1 or 2 baffles me

hes got nothing to work with

and he does everything include lead our assists and rebounding many nights

freak....nearly singlehandedly beat the eventual nba champs

Totally agree. LeBron is the best player in the NBA.

Still wonder if LeBron played at the Lakers rather than Kobe if they would of won the title. I believe they would of.
