Pretty much no love for forwards in general on that list.

All bias aside surely Daniel Wells deserves to be higher?

A few Crows notes.
Sloane should be ahead of Reilly.
Also how does Walker drop over 10 spots due to not playing on the weekend but Maric stays where he is?
Talia should be getting a look in soon. He was definitely higher than a 7 on the weekend. He pummelled Jeremy Cameron.
You are doing a great job and your list has been shaping beautifully keep doing what you are doing it destroys AG's horrible lists each yearI'm sorry. Who am I not considering?
That was a huge list of icons, however was never easy to gather data so I really must say that you really are an avid fan.One of my favourite threads was Aussie Gun's top 50 through-out the last couple of years.
As AG has surrendered this task I thought I would attempt to step in and continue it this year.
I found the top 50 discussions quite invigorating and look forward to your input as we travel through 2012.
Feel free to discuss and debate with me and others on this thread. I will take all on board.
The hope is that we will have an accurate top 50 by year's end.
Update: Round 16

For me, I'd haveYeah wouldn't give Swan a 10, he was good but not absolutely outstanding. 9 for him and Beams I'd say. Pendles wasn't that great either for the amount he got it, still a 7-8 though so fair enough.
From Coll v Haw:
10 - Swan
9 - Beams, Lewis
8 - Pendlebury, Mitchell, Breust
7 - Sewell, Sidebottom
6 - Roughead, Birchall
5 - Jolly, Shaw
3 - Cloke
From Geel v Ess:
9 - Duncan
8 - Johnson, Hawkins
7 - Taylor, Kelly
6 - Watson
5 - Chapman, Howlett
4 - Selwood, Dempsey, Stanton
3 - Hooker
Swan doesn't deserve a 10, he butchered the ball quite a bit in the first half, and the amount of cheap possessions he got was unbelievable. I've seen him have better 30 disposal games.
I think you're being overly harsh on Watson.
He still wound up with 29 disposals, 8 clearances and 7 tackles.
Another great game from Betts. Two goals in the last plus an assist to Gibbs turning the game in our favour. 36 goals for the season puts him 8th over all currently, plus equal 1st in the league for goal assists.
Not sure how much more he has to do to be considered top 50, let alone an unlucky. Been one of Carlton's most consistent this season.
